Project Manager Assistant
JOB SUMMARY:
The ideal Project Manager Assistant is a self-starter, they are resourceful and driven to complete tasks. They are experienced in handling a range of administrative support-related tasks, have an eye for detail, and can work independently. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the coordination and schedule management of various projects.
- Utilize project management tools such as CoConstruct and Google Sheets to track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather and organize project information, documents, and deliverables.
- Support project manager customer and contractor communications (email, phone, in-person).
- Coordinate meetings and manage Project Manager’s email inbox.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and files.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in assisting with project management activities.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have one year of administrative experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record AND reliable transportation
- US work authorization (Preferred)
